Golf gloves are about way more than style.  They can truly help to boost your game as they let you get a better grip of your club.  The real trick is finding the best golf glove for your needs.  They are available in so many different styles and materials that it can be hard to know which one is best.  They will all feel a little bit different and the last thing you would like to do is pick a golfing glove that hurts instead of improves your game.

The best material to use for golfing gloves is leather.  Leather is able to conform perfectly to the form of hand and is able to keep your hand dry even on a wet day.  When buying leather golf gloves it is best to buy a size smaller in comparison to you typically wear and let them stretch.  Never put your leather golf gloves in the dryer when they wet, always let them air dry.  During the chillier months you may need to add a thermal liner inside your leather golfing gloves.  This will keep your hands warm so you can focus on your shot rather than the cold.

If you often golf in wet or wet conditions you may wish to consider purchasing an all weather glove as well.  These gloves will permit your skin to respire while at the same time safeguarding them from the moisture.  If you’ve got to buy man-made golfing gloves make sure you purchase some made from a lightweight sturdy material.  Leather golf gloves will frequently have man-made materials added to certain parts of the glove such as the finger joints to allow for larger flexibility.  There are golfing gloves which are made entirely out of synthetics.  Synthetic golf gloves will not give you anywhere near the performance or appearance that you will get from leather golf gloves.
